Does anyone know what the pieces of material under the car are called?

As subject says, the pieces of material that protect the parts under the car, what are they called? I need to replace a broken one which is now letting all kinds of crap hit my parts

Maybe? It covers the stuff under the body and it’s normally got those little plastic bolts to hold it in place
