Lol, you must be younger than me. I remember old pennies. I no idea how to count in old money as I was very small and then decimalisation came in. I could just Eat a caramel and some black jacks, fruit salad and Parma violets followed down with some alpine limeade. Or Struthers red kola. :) x

The icy by us only come around in winter for some strange reason!

A 10p mix from when I was a kid would now.be about a 90p!

Just talking about this the other day.....chicken Maryland out at a restaurant! Literally battered or breadcrumbed and then fried chicken, banana & pineapple or sweet corn. Used to love it back as a boy, but haven't seen it advertised in a long time.

Just before I brought my S3 I saw a escort cosworth for sale in Glasgow for 17k. I thought I can't buy it and use it daily really. Wish I brought and just used a shed for work. Oh well

I had it in my head they were Top of the Pops but just looked it up and I think what it was, was that they were on the Kenny Everett Show as you say but also backed some bands on other shows like TOTP.
TOTP had Legs & Co, Pans People etc

If I recal , hot gossip were only used for KE, way to saucy for the beeb then, I think several of the dancers may have been in numerous dance groups, some of there routines were a bit " Hot" mind you probably seen as abit tame now......
