Do the new TFSI engines suffer from carbon buildup?

Or do they have the extra conventional injector to keep the ports clean?

I have a £25k max budget, trying to decide what car to get... 2015 Q5 3.0 TDI with 19k miles or for the same if not less money you can get a 2017 A5 Coupe 35 TFSI - 2.0 190hp S-Line with full spec and 8k miles. Cash buy, don't want monthly.

I see these A5's and like them but I don't want carbon buildup headaches I have with my current A3.
 
The gen 3 tfsi engine has a secondary set of injectors in the inlet ports to combat the carbon build up issues.
Great engine with lots of torque from low down.
