DiskLok Spare Key - Disklok not responding

I need a spare key for my disklok. The phone disconnects when I try and select an option on their phone line, and they don't answer emails or tweets.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried via their website, or one of their distributors?

I was going to say Twitter, but seen you’ve already tried that

You could follow their postal instructions here which if you don’t have the original key code seems to be the only replacement route

Yeah, they didn't respond to my website enquiry either.

When you say one of their distributors, what do you mean? I bought mine via halfords.

Then I would go talk to Halfords.
They usually have a motoring support desk at the back of their stores.
