Just would like to know how to disable the wear indicator. My track pads don't have a sensor so want it off.

Currently going :
17-Instruments
Coding-07
Software code is : 0037428

The helper doesn't state brake pads anywhere and it's different from my old mk5 gti.

Any help appreciated, cheers!

I hardly suggest you to cut wires with connector from old pad, short circuit them and seal, then put in to corresponding plug. Otherwise you leave open pins near your wheel which will rust out and you won't be able to have brake pad wear indicator working again in the future :)

PS. I've done same to myself.

I did exactly this, works perfectly!

I have the connector with the 2 wires so going to solder them up at work today then re-install.
Seems silly that you can't disable them all together on the S3.
