Different Headlights?

Hi, i have a A4 B6 Cabriolet, which needs new headlights. Ive noticed the Cab versions are supposed to be different, but i cant see how? Are they really different or will they be the wrong fitment?

I can’t see how because I haven’t got two different versions side by side. Looking at pics though they look exactly the same.

I’ve read before though that the cabriolet headlights are different to the saloon version.

Only difference I can see is the cabriolet ones are black masked and the other chrome

And the part numbers are different

They are different and will not swap.

Sidelights are in a different place for one.

Fixing points are in a different place also.

Thanks for the reply. I thought this would be the case. If anyone’s after a set for a saloon b6 there’s a nice side one eBay with hid installed for £70 delivered!
