Differences between A3 and S3 front sub frames?

I'm looking at overhauling the underside of my car, and was looking at buying a new subframe, some say not for 4wd models, others list A3's and S3's both being compatible.
So does anyone know what the differences are? Will an A3 one fit an S3?
My other option is to powdercoat mine, or buy a second hand one, but who knows what state the dogbone threada might be in. I wanted to pretty much get it all bolted together, then just take the old off and lift the new into place.

I've been looking at the same and rather go brand new for the price ..it says there for quattro models so I'm assuming when it says a3 its relating to the a3 quattro. Hopefully someone else sheds some light before we both waste our money

Yeah I was looking at that one also. Just can't be doing with hassle of returning it if it's wrong. Hopefully someone'll shed some light soon.
