Difference Between 120bhp & 160bhp 1.8TFSI Plus Remap Query

Looking to change the A3 soon and considering a new A4 (hopefully an S Line )

What's the difference between the 120bhp & 160bhp version of the 1.8TFSI?
Found this here which indicates its only down to the map which I find hard to believe as the difference in price from Audi is approx £2k!?

Was thinking that I could put the difference towards some options and a remap if so.

same with the a4tdi 140bhp and 170bhp.Its only a 300 squid remap as opposed to a £1500+ price differance.

Did you get your A4 120 BHP remapped ? If so how much did it cost? Is there a substantial difference in torque now. I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 1.8TFSI 120 BHP.

with remappe the 120 bhp and 160+bhp gets almost 210+ bhp ...

check out Giac,revo etc..same engine same turbo.
