Detailing advice from the pro's

Hello all.

After a pyracantha bush fell on my car last year and made a mess of the near side A pillar and roof im saving up a bit of money to pay for somebody to give the car a proper detail. Im thinking light to medium paint correction on most parts of the car and then possibly some extra attention where the deeper marks are. The interior is in very good condition but a little going over wouldn't go amiss.

However the detailing game seems a bit of a mine field where prices are concerned so I would like some advice from those in the know on what type of price i would expect for 1-2 days max work on an S3. Ideally I wanted to spend up to around the £300-400 mark, what can i expect to get for this price??

Also what are the thoughts on using a customers detailing products ?? I dont have the required cutting products but i have the full blackfire wet ice set which ideally i want to be used so i can top up the finish after the detail has been carried out. Would a detailer be happy to use my gear ??

I live in the Leeds / west Yorkshire area so if anybody knows of detailers in this area i would appreciate some names.

My mate at work is doing my Audi A4 Avant for £100 said would take one and a half days not doing the interior though

Tony spears mate based in brighouse so not far from you, he is one of the best in the game mate and he will sort any problems for you.

Tony is amazing at what he does and id recommend him to anyone. ive just passed at his course he does to gain my Certification from him and he is top man.

or there is Jim White on here but he is down south mate but he is a top guy aswel.

for £300-400 you can expect a 100% paint correction but contact tony to see what he can do for you

Jim at white details, Probably the Jim you mentioned ? Booked in for full paint correction , very exited to see the results. Its looks great now when clean so I imagine it will look like new once done.

Jim is very good mate and your car will look the nuts, he is one of the best so i look forward to the results too
