Dension 500bt

I just installed in a6 mmi basic and can't get it to work I followed instructions but nothing phone recognises dension gateway 500bt and paired but nothing else.usb not showing it formatted to fat32 as recommend. Any help would be appreciated

Hi fat 32 should work fine though it does take a while to load the files and create a data file for it to reference which you should see on the USB when you plug it into a computer.
Also you may need to select USB from the disc menu by selecting source.

It took a while but when I scrolled through CD changer menu I found usb under cd6 position so all ok now
