De chroming

Howdo guys, other then vynl wrapping anyone any other suggestions about de chroming?

 

Paint?

 

I wrapped my grill think you get a better finish I can imagine it quite fiddly to paint. Get it wrapped!

 

All mine has been done by painting

 

how long ago have you had yours done as i want mine doing but a couple of painters have concerns around the window trim flaking if i was to use a presure washer as the way it get painted ?

Another option could be plasti dipping.

looks good need to find someone whos willing to paint them as only got quote to have them wraped at the moment

 

I did consider painting but getting the all off without bending them will surely be a mare. Dont really fancy painting them in situ tbh

 

Getting them off is more than a mare as there pop riveted so need drill out which is a big no for me and all the removal of door card etc
