Yes - I cleaned mine at the weekend. Really didn't want to go to,work in the rain this morning!

First wash, decontaminated and wiped down with IPA

Exposed some minor marks at the rear and some leftover protection glue....basically blemish free

Nah it was a lipstick
if you zoom in it looks like a blemish from a bird dropping but turned out to be glue left over from the protective cover

It shows you that dealers can in fact do as told with regards to washing. You must be really happy with the handover condition of paint.

Me neither......I had a meeting with the service manager and my sales man before collection day explaining exactly what I would like them to do and what not to do...what I would accept i.e minimal cobweb swirls after removing protection and glue and what I would reject.....then just thoroughly went over every panel with an led light ....was this being OCD?

what build week where you @Tristan2 , I was a build week 3/4 saloon S3 and i got conti tyres but you and some others on the forum got pirellis pzeros which seems weird as our cars seem to be built at approximately the same time
