Data for mmi help

Hi I’ve just download my Audi, I have the 8 digit code to link to the car and I have the key code that you scratch off. It has came up in the car that I don’t have a data connection, I contacted Audi to see if I had a licence which I do (runs out in June next year) so I thought that because I had an active licence that the embedded sim would work but when I go onto Audi connect on the mmi it says I have no data connection.
Can someone please help or advise me

Have you checked data is turned on, or just reset the whole thing to factory:
