You'll need to
remove the trim around the mmi screen
Got two bold there
Remove central air vent
Afterwards you remove the right hand air vent
Unclip the silver bit of trim above the steering wheel that's got the bit of leather attached to it
Unbolt the 4 bolt that wiil allow you to remove the frame around the cluster and it's straight forward from there
Not the best guide but it's what I remember from when I done mine.
Job is fairly simple bit of patience's and you'll be alright
