I have for a sale a brand new high quality braided oil feed line for the 1.9 TDI and 2.0TDI engines. This was originally bought for my A3 8P 2.0TDI, but i have since sold the car, so never got a chance to fit it. This kit consists of:
Darkside Developments Braided Oil Feed Line
Banjo Bolts and P-Clips
Banjo Sizes:
Turbo Side - M10
Oil Filter End - M12
Factory oil feed torque setting do not apply to this part. A slight nip on the copper o-rings should be sufficent to seal. If a slight leak occures nip again. This should not exceed around 15 ft/lbs
Total Length (End to End) - 880mm
This Oil Feed line is designed to replace the standard hard line found on the 1.9 and 2.0 TDI VW Group Engines. It will fit with the stock turbocharger but is particularly useful if you have changed turbochargers and the stock oil line doesn't quite fit. We use these on our GTB Turbo Kits
These are much improved on the standard design as it eliminates the taper fitting on the turbo end, which usually gets damaged when removed, requiring a complete new Oil Feed from VW. This hose can be used multiple times without any issues
