DAB & Bluetooth dongle

Have been looking up Bluetooth connection for those that don't have Bluetooth music streaming in the MMI.
A lot of people recommending Tune2Air but have seen that it can be a bit hit and miss etc etc.
Has anyone come across these before as an alternative?:

Currently about £50 on Amazon. With the added bonus of DAB if you don't currently have it.

I use an Airdual Bluetooth 5.0 MMi adapter.
It is 99% perfect. It only very rarely looses signal and you have to reset the paring with the phone.
