Cup Holder

Ok last week I decided I was going to clean the cup holder as it was getting sticky (coffee stains ... dirty minds)

I used some cleaner and then sprayed some WD40 onto it hoping it would help lubricate what ever part was sticking.

I pushed it closed to test it and now it is refusing to come out.

Anyone got any tips on getting the stupid thing out again or cleaning it?

had the same thing happen to me mate - twice!
First time, it freed by itself when going down a bumpy road and the second time I ended up tapping the middle of the holder for about five minutes and it finally freed it

So some slight tapping and a bit of patience is all that's needed.
