Cup holder and coin trays

I have a couple of scratches on the front of the trays. Other than replacing them, is there any way of getting the scratches out, see pics

Why do they scratch so easy?!?!!!

You can get soft-touch paint stuff. No idea how good it is or what the cost is like.

There are a few on ebay.de but theyre not cheap as theyre new items @ approx £40 a piece.

Also I take it theyll fit in either LHD or RHD cars as i think theyre positioned the other way around on the continent
