cruise control

Hi, Any of you got factory cruise control?
Just wondering, when you turn on (move switch to left) do you get a light on dash telling you its on?
Reason is mine works fine, but no light, on all previous VAG I've had there is always been a symbol. My A6 doesnt. Or just bulb gone?

no light either. Anyway, if your cluster is like mine (2004 2.5tdi v6 allroad) all the lights on cluster are tiny tiny LED's - I learnt the hard way when one of my indicator LED's blew and I had to solder on a new one. Quite a nervous job as immobiliser is contained within cluster and if it gets damaged = big trouble.
I would imagine Audi's answer to blown LED would be a new cluster, reprogram immobiliser etc etc.
