Help Please Creaking suspension

I've taken my A4 in to the garage a few times to look at creaking suspension.

Took my one of my wheels off today to change my pads (bough the wrong size but that's a different storey lol)

But while the wheel was off I noticed the top bushes have cracks all the way round.

Is this the likely cause ?

Not sure if it would cause the creaking, but if it's starting to crack it's time to start thinking about getting the bushes replaced regardless before they get worse.
