Car runs fine, only trouble is when there's no revs from accelerator and i bring up the clutch there's a loud vibrating noise from underneath, I'm thinking its mid car or nearer the front. Hard to find on my own. With a bit of revs it doesn't happen.

Anyone had this or have any ideas before I take it to a garage ?

2.0 tdi brd

Many thanks

Maybe a tranny mount or engine mount, the higher engine speed will make it not resonate, but at low rpm it probably will.

Possibly flywheel related has the car ever had a new clutch/flywheel ? Mileage wear and tear could be many things!

Not had a new clutch, done 144k mostly motorway. Also noticed it doesn't do it when the engine is cold. Sounds like it's from exhaust but difficult to tell.

Do you feel any vibrations in the car or is it just the noise?

Defo needs a clutch then lol 144k on original clutch someone defiantly got there money's worth out of that take it that's the original flywheel as well
