Cost of service for a B8 2.0 TDI with own parts supplied?

Was wondering what the normal prices for servicing an A4 b8 will cost? This includes supplying my own genuine Audi parts like Oil Filter, 5ltr Oil, Sump Plug, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, Fuel Filter???

Any ideas will be appreciated to use as a guideline and not get absolutely ripped off by the blood sucking garages and dealerships.

Audi them selfs seem to do a cheap job i think, you even get the stamp (thats all I'm ever after anyway)
