Cost of replacing front control arms and bushes.

What would be a sensible price for getting a garage to do the replacement of control arms for Meyle HD, please?
I guess its less than a day's work, but I have been given an initial quote of GBP 2k!

It looks like an entire Meyle HD control arm kit for an Audi A4 B7 costs about GBP 420 at the moment. https://www.autodoc.co.uk/meyle/2118407

It’s a bit of work depends if top bolts are seized up 6-7 hrs it would need tracking as well

All fixed, less painful and costly than feared, took it to APS based on advice in this forum. They got it done in 4 hours and replaced all the control arms with Lemforder stuff. Spent the day working remotely in Costa in Brackley. Great.
