Cosmetic scratches interior

Hello folks,

It appears that the previous owner liked to use an abuse the boot space and as a result there's is a few cosmetic scratches I'd like some advise on how to sort out.

The main one being the plastic on the back seat, is this easily replaced if not any quick fixes?

Also the pillers in the boot iv tried to source these from scrap yards with no luck. Any one more know of a supplier?

I know of these issues may seem trivial to some but the car is immaculate and tidying these issues up would make it near show room!
