Long story short, the claim has been going on a little over 4 months now, with the car being put into a VAG approved bodyshop on November 5. 2 courtesy cars & 20+ phone calls to the dealer, the bodyshop & the independant paint inspection people/company later i get a voicemail today saying Audi Warranty have finally agreed on replacing the roof skin. The claim has taken so long to sort out that rust bubbles started forming opposite those that i was orignally claiming against! The estimated time of repair completion is January. No date, just January. Surely this isnt the norm?! Considering in the last 2.5 years the car has had x3 main dealer services, main dealer cambelt, wheel bearings, front brakes, 2 MOTs and fit only set of new 18" tyres i supplied, there royally taking the ****!
