Coolant Level warning?

Last night I got the red check coolant level turn off engine light. I had been idling for about 20 mins before it happened but I had started driving when it popped up.

I stopped and checked the level and it was way down. Far below the minimum. So I went to buy some coolant. When I got back a few minutes later it was back up again at the correct level.

Without touching the coolant it went back up! Is this normal?

I thought maybe I have a leak when I saw it was so low but a leak doesn’t fix itself and refill itself.... this seems strange to me?

Yeah that was me posting about this happening the other week. I had my APR remap taken off and everything is now working fine again! Had constant coolant level for the past few days of 200 miles driving, and I've been giving it the beans every now and again to test it out. The garage that I took it to couldn't work out what the issue was so they flashed back to stock and told me to take to Audi, not sure what to do now though if it was the remap that was causing it.
