Condensation

came out to my car this morning to find two patches of condensation just above where the window demister vents are is this normal ??

I had exactly this when I came to my car last night, has been raining for days and was stupidly windy here so likely same cause as above!

Fairly common on the 8V, though there are lucky people whose cars don't have the issue

Its common on many makes of cars, not just the a3 because it is down to unusually humid and damp weather we've had over the winter. The ambient temps have been higher and the weather wetter than usual..

Never experienced this on my 8V or 8P, but we use one of these http://www.thomar.de/en/konsumer-produkte/ in the 6 year old Focus to combat the problem

I've had this too this week annoying isn't it especially when the windows were clean!
