Compression ratios

Compression ratios and the compression test you had done are two different things.

If an engine isn't holding compression it won't make power, regardless of the compression ratio. The results you've had are low for any engine

If I was in your situation I would try something like this

I'm sure a lot of people on here will say it wont work, but given your situation it can't hurt!
