Been through a new sensor and adapted it and certain dpf is not blocked due to the nature of driving only on motorways.

Will post more details of the actual differential pressure values but anything to look out for?

Are you sure you have connected the hoses the correct way around ?. One side is atmospheric pressure the other positive pressure from the exhaust. Connect them the wrong way round and the differential pressure reading is reversed.

Hi

Hoses are indeed the correct way around from removal since they differ in diameter slightly.

Traced the pipes: hisuses one pipe going into the dpf, then a small 10cm section which in open at the end for the atmospheric reference, so there's no confusion with replacing the wrong sensor like some of the other vehicle which use 2 G450 sensors for differing purposes.
