Comfort windows

So my 2017 S4 doesnt seem to want to open and close windows via the remote. It doesnt have "comfort access aka Keyless entry" or smart key but im surprised it doesnt have this feature?

Unless im missing something?

Press and hold the open button and all windows will go down. To close them lock the car and keep pressing the lock button. All windows will go up.

Thanks Rob, I did try this as it used to do on my Golf and wifes Leon but no joy. I think it may need a reset then?

It’s in the vehicle settings then central locking. Just needs turning on. Think it’s in the manual the exact location.

Just had a look at mine and it's under car>settings and service>central locking>windows
