CLUTCH?

Hi All again, this time i need an advice/opinion about clutch. When I'm changing the gear it feels wery jerky it wasnt like that before but gradualy came to that point. It feels that i am not presing the clutch pedal enough. Does that mean the end of the clutch or maybe there is some kind of adjustor to adjust the clutch etc. Maybe somebody had or have similar problem ,please advice!!!!!!!

I don't think there's any adjustment with the clutches on our cars.

Does the clutch slip at all?
