Clutch Sticking to the floor

Hi,

I purchased a brand new Audi A1 2019 on 27.06.19 (UK). I have had a problem where the clutch sticks to the floor and wont release until it has been left for a few minuets. I can't figure out why it happens - I think it may be when I am manoeuvring the car? I have taken the car back to Audi and they cannot seem to find a problem. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Does anyone know what my rights are? Can I request to have a replacement? Grrrr… only had the car for 1 week!!

Yes I will once I get my car back. But it’s a dangerous fault as I got stuck in the middle of the road last time it happened.

If Audi can’t replicate the fault I would consider rejecting the car.
