Hi all
Longtime member - comeback to Audi after a 3 year absence, ( had a RS Clio 200 cup)
Now the proud owner of an A3 tfsi and well pleased to be back with the 4 rings! Thing is when you depress the clutch pedal it makes a clicking noise near the bottom - on release it makes the same 'click'
After a trip back to the local dealer its booked in for May 22nd (under warranty) worrying for me is after 3 mechanics had a listen none of them knew what the problem was!!
Anyone any ideas?

There was a problem with the 8L chassis where the clutch pedal used to snap, never heard of it on an 8P but might be worth inspecting the pedal to see if anythings broken.

Thanks for the reply Smurfworth
just had a quick look and the pedal seems intact - the 'click' sounds like switching a light switch on and off and always seems to happen at the same place/position.

Yeah the holder broke, which held the plastic clip which the clutch cylinder attached too.
