Cleaning in and around badges

Hi Guys,

Have you got any tips or recommendations for cleaning in and around badges? The Audi rings and S3 badge etc.

I've tried my standard car shampoo product (Meg Shampoo Plus). Also tried Autoglym Tar Remover (standard stuf, not pro stuff)...but still can't get the grime removed.

I have small sponge-on-stick type detailing brushes etc.

So just need recommendations on the cleaning product to use really.

Not sure what the sponge on stick product is, but detailing brushes are your best bet, with some APC from Meguirars.

Or look on ebay. You can buy a pack of five in different sizes for around 12£.

I have a brush like that for the door shuts etc. I don't have any APC though.

Ah OK.

Yes the detailing brushes are your best bet.

I use a pastry brush lol, exactly the same and does work!

I use a glue-brush, tight-packed, short head and a bit firmer than those soft detailing brushes - which are good for grilles etc.

Sarah's pastry brush, lol. Whatever works I say.
