as per title easiest way to clean, i would imagine would clean parellel with the element.

Yep, simply wipe gently using a gentle liquid cleaner such as Eimann Fabrik Clear Vision II (no harsh chemicals, no abrasives) on a microfibre work towel; the direction of wiping is less important, but going with the lines is preferable for some people. :icon_thumright:
