clampers/towers

hi all, just a quick question.

i have a second car which has been clamped. the removal fee is probably going to be close to value of the car and i am looking to shift it anyway.

IF the clampers tow my car away, can i give them the car to keep in lieu of towing charges? as it wont be worth paying to get it back.

or can they still demand money through the courts etc?

nah, they will charge you through the courts even if you say you no longer want the car...........

but was it for a police related offence or parking offence or some form of debt collection?

Look into this properly mate, as you will end up paying more than you expect, they will charge for disposal of the vehicle etc!!

Find out who the company is and if they are legit as well.
