CJCB engine specs and maintenance

Good afternoon all...

I have just spent the last 30min trying to figure out how to remove the EGR valve on my 2.0 TDi Avant so I Can clean it, only to find that my engine type doesn't specifically have one.... Well, that was slightly embarrassing!

Does anyone have any specific information about the CJCB engine? I can't find much on here or Google...

All modern diesels have EGR valves. Items 1 and 15 both control EGR flow.

Why are you trying to clean yours?
One EGR valve appears to be part of the EGR cooler assembly.

There is another located on the intake manifold item 15

I did locate the cooler (just above the turbo) and the part at item 15, just wasn't sure as neither were obviously specific as an EGR valve. Cleaning is just for maintenance.
