Chrome exhaust tips

Hi I’ve just purchased a B9 A4 2.0 Tfsi . I gave it a clean today and thought I’d clean up the exhaust tips.
Tried to wiggle them off like on my old B8 , but they weren’t having it.
Anyone know if they come off ?

I use autosol chrome polish come up a treat

I was hoping tha wasn’t the answer , but thought it was
Luckily mine aren’t that bad so a bit of autosol and coat and they’ll be ok

I keep a cloth just inside my garage and give the tips a wipe after putting my car away. Learnt that lesson from having to scrub the tips with Autosol on my previous S3.

Got them done today . Tar remover then Autosol on the end of a foam cone in the drill , finished of with
some Collinite insulator wax. They came up a treat
