I bought my B8 a4 avant week or so ago and I've been cleaning and doing miner scratch removal, but when it comes to the chrome I'm getting nowhere fast.
I've used autosol metal Polish on the roof bars which although still having a few water marks have come up not bad, the problem is the chrome around the windows (pics below). I read a post from 2010 saying there was not a prayer of getting it off, and it's was £700 to get replaced, had a quick look at the recent ones too can't see any posts about it.
Anyone got any ideas on how to clean/remove it?
