Chrisma switch not working

the chrisma switch just stopped working, I can adjust it in the mmi but not on the dash. Any ideas ?

Scanned and came up no bus signal or something like that.

@Fctaff what was it scanned with? Did you check the measuring blocks for the switch?

Tried a new switch same fault.
