Chorus Replacement in 2005 TTR

If I replace the Audi Chorus HU in my 2005 TTR (with Bose), will I also loose the GSM/Bluetooth compatability?

My plan is to replace with a Pioneer HU and I-Pod using a PC9-410 lead and a couple of GLI's, but not if the BT compatability will suffer...

If all you need is iPOD integration I would stick with the Chorus and buy a Denison ICELink. If you upgrade the HU then you'll get all sorts of interference & popping problems from the Bose system, you'll also lose the DIS feed.
