Hi chaps,

My wife bought me one of these for Christmas

http://www.racechip.com/chiptuning/audi/s1/s1-8x/2-0-tfsi-170kw/index.php

I have the racechip pro 2.

I've used them in the past in my 3L D A5 and we have one in my wifes 2L D Q3 and the improvment was/is very noticable.

I must admit I was very unimpressed in the S1 and could not notice any real improvment in driveability or power.

So my question to DTUK (and other chip) owners is, can you notice the improvmemt once the 'piggy back' chip is fitted?
Should it be a real kick in the pants or just a very subtle change?

Cheers,
Nick

Hi Nick. I have the ABT piggyback ecu and I gave to say that mine is a different car. You can feel the extra power when you put your foot down. There is the initial shove as it pushes you back in your seat and you can physically feel the quattro system shifting around to keep the power down. I love it, it makes me smile still 10 months later. 0 /62 in under 5 seconds and 165 mph
