Pretty much all car specialists have NO idea of customer service, unless you are talking premier marques as people spending 80K+ on a car and 20K+ on mods dont stand for nonsense.
trouble for westy is read his other thrreeads and he has seemingly been so far up Mark at BDs ***, while he's had problems, it will mittigate his claim against them!
He says its a great kit, neateast out there, mark is the best guy in the world, sorting it all out etc etc.....he even says he will need an engine rebuild soon a few weeks ago......!?!?!?
So Mark at BD goes from hero to zero in about 10 days..........hmmmmm!!
Just shows how careful you should be about what you write on the net.....!!!

mrc are usually great with audis , they have done mine and my mates audis , and they certainly know there **** , i cant see mrc mapping a car without it having oil in , there are always 2 sides to a story , and im sure he is telling the truth , but that doesnt sound like mrc , as my mate took his s4 down there less than 2 weeks ago , and doug told him every little thing that was up with the car , it must be down to backdraft

also emailing threats to their mechanic is not very clever,can understand him being angrysimch said:

So whats the deal here? I read through pages so far and no idea whats going on. From what I can see he got a turbo kit fitted that puts out up to 340bhp, on a car on its way out? The customer service here is appalling and since the car was in there possession when it blew would be demanding they sorted things, the fact he's got this mechanics car could make things so sweet if he just lined the cams with ***** and left it!
MRC appear to be at least trying to help out here, although I am left wondering what they did to Caney's car as he practically throws money at it.
Backdraft on the other hand definately seem like one to avoid.
I still dont understand why people don't learn to do things like fit and diagnose turbo/mechnical problems themselves, your car is normally the second most expensive thing after your house, yet people let it be used as a ransom by garages and some people don't even know the first thign about fixing it.

and surely if he was running big bhp , why didnt he have a air/fuel ratio guage , he has let his car leave his hands , knowing that it was not running properly , why not get it towed , i know if my car wasnt running properly i wouldnt drive it , let alone someone else who didnt give a **** about the car drive it ,
