changing the dash lights on A4

Hi all,

some of my dashbulb lights are playing up, especially the ones which light up the headlight switch on/off dial.

Do I need a special tool to open up the dial so I can get at the bulbs? The whole thing seems very easy to scratch so i want to be careful i dont mess this up.

Are there any insyructions I can find anywhere?

same here, mine need replacing in the on-off headlight switch. will be interested to see other peoples replies

Hi
The headlight switch is a complete unit which you twist and pull out so you get a new unit from your local dealer. Will try and find a diagram later to show how to remove the switch

turn the switch to the left about 10 degrees push it in then turn it to the right 90 degrees
the bit that turns the lights on
