I did mine a few weeks back. I should have taken a picture… there was small cup full of debris that fell out. Looked like the car spent its life under a tree!

The video is a big FAIL because it's an ordinary Mann CU pollen filter , what you really want is an Activated Charcoal Mann CUK pollen filter , then you really will be saving the kids as it deals with NOx .
