Hello,
I was wondering what the difference is between the new and old logic of the coming home/leaving home lights is.
As far as I know is that with the new logic, if you leave the car and immediately lock it, it turns off the lights immediately. I don't think it takes ambient light into account to keep the lights on, since it also turns off the lights immediately at night (I don't have the main rain/light sensor on the windshield, but the dash does always dim when DLR is on and it gets dark, be it a tunnel or ambient darkness, so there is a light sensor somewhere).
Any idea? It just sounds like the new logic isn't as great as the old logic.
PS: I also see Bit 7 in this screenshot, is that something I could activate and it will light up part of the engine bay when I open the bonnet?
