Carplay gps issues

My A3 which doesn't come with the WiFi CarPlay. The CarPlay GPS calibration are suddenly off for a few KM today. These are affecting all the navigation apps i installed (Waze, Google and Apple Map). The strange things are all apps working fine when not connected to CarPlay which the GPS can find my location correctly. Once i plug in the USB and connected to CarPlay, the current location will switched to a few km away.

Have anyone seen the issues before?

I have the issues resolved, compared all the control unit coding with the initial back up log. Some how the "Country identification, country of sale" setting under the 5F Multimedia unit have changed to DE, resetting it to the country i located will fix the GPS issues.
