Has anyone ever priced the carbon trims? I know they will be stupid money but was wondering how stupid. Q58R

Would wrapping not make more sense and considerably cheaper?

Used kits on eBay are around £700.

To be honest no, I have wrapped the door and dash trims and they look fine but the centre console trim is a different ball game, they are so soft the slightest knock leaves them dented and that will show through a wrap,so carbon will add a bit of durability,Hydro dipping is around the £400 mark and I’ve had that before on my old B6 but the same thing as the wrap really. I like the look of the genuine carbon trims as they still retain the aluminium edge to match everything else. I have found one set in Germany but unfortunately one piece is damaged so no good to me. Thanks for your reply.
