Car not boosting after FMIC install

Hi all, just installed my FMIC and took it for a test drive. The car doesn't seem to want to boost, it seems to hold boost up to 3500 rpm then seems to juddger and stop boosting. It can hold any revs fine....any ideas? Scanning for fault codes gives me:

16487 + MAF Sensor Signal Too High
17705 + Pressure drop between turbo and throttle valve

I can't see any leaks and everything is on tight....any ideas?

I'd go over everything, sounds like something isn't tight or on properly.

Turned out to be a blown fuse on top of the battery :/ all sorted now
