Can anyone read these logs ? LOSS OF POWER 1.9 tdi no error codes??? HELP :(

any help much appreciated.
many thanks to Sailo (Jakob) from the forum for doing a diagnostics log for me.


i've noticed a major power loss low down especially torque from take off.
since the power loss i've cleaned the vanes in the turbo, removed the egr (egr delete), de cat and a front mountintercooler.
none of the mods made any difference to the power.
there was two vaccum pipes which were going to the egr valve which i have now blanked off.
The car does seem to react better when cold but still not 100% of what it used to be.
there must be some explanation to why i have lost so much power.
I have installed a boost gauge to check what boost im running at, the maximum boost is above 20psi around 25-30 i would say, its hard to say as it go's off the scale. :)
i have a data log from the MAF and Boost sensor. 2 logs of each i believe.
the logs were done on flat ground motorway from 3k to redline.

Anyone know how to read data logs and know what the data means?
Any help is much appreciated.

Hate to say it but those logs are all over the place!

In VCDS load measuring blocks 003, 010 & 011 & log them at the same time. Drive the car at approx 1800 rpm in 4th gear & start the logging. Floor the accelerator & hold it in gear till it red-lines (or you cack yourself) & stop the logging. Post up the results and they'll hopefully make more sense when they're plotted.
 
problem is i got assistance from a forum member who doesn't live too close to me.
He done the logs in 3rd gear from 3000rpm to redline on the motorway on flat ground.

why are they all over the place?
how can you tell?
